This is still some Undertale artwork with the great Papyrus !
This skelly character is Sans's brother but totally different from him even if he totally admires and loves him. Naive and innocent, tall and thin, hyperactive and idealist, he's really expressive and hates his bro's jokes. He follows his dreams to become a royal guard with determination and enjoy cooking. Despite the fact he has to follow his duty and capture the main character, he gets attached to Frisk and become friend with them even if it means not realizing his dream yet.
I decided to picture him as Santa just because he looks really adorable this way. He's playing at the Night before Christmas. And he got a present for you ~
